We are very pleased to announce that we’ll be putting on a home town warm up show for The Scruff, just before they head off to play Reading & Leeds Festival for BBC Music Introducing!

The band have had a massive summer this year, after what’s seemed like a breakthrough few months for the Bedford natives. Plays across the BBC network and beyond, and a festival season that’s already taken in the likes on Isle Of Wight, Truck, Y-Not, Standon Calling and The Great Escape among others. The cherry on the icing on the cake is Reading and Leeds and we want to see them off in style, with the band bringing a couple of friends along too…

Special guest support comes from Sarpa Salpa who have had a busy summer of festivals and club dates all over the UK. The band are set to release their new single ‘Smith’ dropping on Friday 14th September on both digital and limited edition vinyl 7’’ single more details to follow over on their social media pages.

Just like The Scruff the band are also playing this show as a festival warm up for a big show. The next day the Sarpa head over to the Cotswolds to play on Alex James (Blur) Cheese Farm for BBC Music Introducing at his The Big Feastival Festival alongside other artists including Basement Jaxx, Professor Green & David Rodigan.

Opening proceedings we have BANTON playing one of his first solo shows, make sure you get in to see him as the new stuff is sounding most excellent!
